Shipping Policy

Order Processing will take 1-2 business days for regular items. Pre-order & Custom items may take up to 1-5 weeks of processing. 

After your order is processed, Shipping will take 2-5 days. Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive a tracking number and an estimated date of arrival. 

 

*Due to COVID-19, USPS is experiencing shipping delays. Orders will take at least 3 days for shipping and may have delays. 

*Our processing and shipping time is subject to change at any time, though, all updated information can always be found on this page. 

 

We do ship internationally. International shipping options can be found at Checkout. 

 

Heru Cosmetics is not responsible for any lost, delayed, damaged, or stolen orders. If your tracking information says that your order has been delivered and you did not receive your order, you should contact USPS to dispute. 

 

Return Policy

All items from Heru Cosmetics are final sale. There are no exchanges, refunds, or returns. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your product or service, please contact us at herucosmetics@gmail.com and we will find the best way to resolve any issues.
