-Processing & Shipping-

Q: Do you ship internationally? 

A: Yes! 

 

Q: How long is the processing time of my order? 

A: It takes about 1-2 business days to process and package an order. Then about 2-5 business days for your order to be shipped to you, depending on how far you live from NYC. If you have items that are on pre-order or custom, they may take up to 1-5 weeks of processing before shipping out. 

 

 

Q: What happens if I do not receive my order? 

A: If you do not receive your order, you should contact USPS to dispute. Heru Cosmetics is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages. Once we pass your packaged order to USPS, they become responsible for your package and can best help you on any issues that may occur in the delivery process. 

 

Q: I entered the wrong address. What should I do? 

A: Please contact herucosmetics@gmail.com immediately with your order number so that we can change the address before creating a shipping label for your order. If the order was already shipped, you will have to pay a restock fee of at least $8 depending on the amount of your order.

Q: Are all of your products vegan? 

A: Yes, all of the products under the Heru Cosmetics brand are made with vegan ingredients. There are a few products that are an exception due to containing ingredients that are not certified vegan and this is notified in the product description.

 

 

Q: Are all of your products cruelty free? 

A: 100% yes. All of our products on our website, including the products not made in our facility, are cruelty free.  

 

 

Q: I'm allergic to some oils and other cosmetics ingredients but I really want to purchase some products. 

A: Best advice is to look at the product description for what the product contains. If you have any questions about product ingredients, please contact us. If you do find that a desired product has an ingredient you are allergic to, please contact us so that we can discuss potentially customizing your order. *Please note that this may increase processing time and increase product price.

Q: How do I get a discount? 

A: All discounts are communicated through our social media and emails. Make sure you follow us on our pages and join our mailing list to stay up to date on discounts and promotions, and access to exclusive sales and products!

 

 

Q: How do I apply a discount to my order? 

A: At the checkout page, there will be a box to enter a discount code. 

 

 

Q: Can I use multiple discount codes on one order? 

A: Depends. Some codes you can use together, and some you cannot. We will state whether you can combine promo codes in the description of the code. Discount codes work on sale or marked down items unless stated otherwise.
